ASTM A513 1010 Precision Cold Rolled Welded Steel Tube
ASTM A513 Gr.1010 Tube is suitable for mechanical structure on the use of resistance welding of carbon steel and alloy steel tube. A513 Gr 1010 Tube belongs to mechanical tube with using hot rolled steel or cold rolled steel. It is widely used in environments where cosmetically appealing surfaces & light weight are required.
The cold rolled welded tube is produced by rolling ERW (electric resistance welded tube).During this process the sizing (wall thickness, inside and outside diameter), as well as weld integrity and surface finish is closely controlled to produce tube of the required size and mechanical property characteristics.

Surface treatment: Oiled, black painted, hot dipped galvanized or phosphate coating as required.
Both ends of each crate will indicate the order no., heat no., dimensions, weight and bundles or as requested.
+C Hard. No final treatment after final cold drawing.
+LC Soft. Final heat treatment is followed by a suitable drawing pass (limited reduction of area).
+SR Stress Relieved. After final cold drawing, the tubes are stress relieved in a controlled atmosphere.
+A Annealed. After final cold drawing, the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
+N Normalized. After final cold drawing, the tubes are normalized in a controlled atmosphere.
