a Based upon product analysis, for seamless pipe with t>20.0mm (0.787in), the carbon equivalent limits shall be as agreed. The CE IIW limits apply if the carbon mass fraction is greater than 0.12% and the CE Pcm limits apply if the carbon mass fraction is less than or equal to 0.12%. | |||||||||||
