Enhanced evaporation tube is mainly used for centrifugal refrigerators and water chillers, as well as steel and tube type heat exchangers with small temperature drop.
Enhanced evaporation tube is a new type of heat exchanging tube, the exterior surface can generate strong vaporizing and boiling. The excellent heat transfer capacity result from a unique micro hole structure, which not only simply increase the heat exchanging area, but also increase the vaporizing core needed for steam heat exchanging. It also changes cold media flow method, and helps clear the impurities and lessen the scaling. The tube exterior heat exchanging efficiency has been improved dramatically by reducing the exterior heat resistance; the interior surface of this type of tube is machined with spiral channels, to further improve the interior heat exchanging area and stable the flow, reduce the interior heat resistance. The tube heat exchanging capacity has been improved by means of above and this can help to reduce the heat exchanger volume and weight, to save energy and cost.
